HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take 3–10 business days to process before shipment. We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Thank you for your patience!

All light sticks are 100% official and sourced through reputable suppliers. Our clothing and plushies are lovingly handmade using high-quality materials, with close attention to detail in every piece. ♡

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. While we are unable to offer refunds on general orders, we will absolutely make it right if your item arrives seriously damaged (e.g. holes, rips, or defects). Please reach out to our team with photos and we will assist you promptly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend hand washing and air drying all apparel. If using a washing machine, please use the gentle cycle at your own discretion. Please do not put any items in the dryer to prevent shrinkage or damage.

Of course! If you don't see a particular K-pop artist or group in our store, simply submit a design request with a photo reference and our team will do our best to create it for you. We are always excited to expand our collection! ♡
